You will support the CSMO and sales team in managing leads, preparing customer materials, coordinating outreach, and tracking performance. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone organised, detail-oriented, and looking to gain exposure to sales operations in a fast-growing tech start-up.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the CRM with leads, contacts, and opportunities
  • Track sales pipeline progress and assist with reporting
  • Prepare data insights for the sales team and management
  • Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and customer-facing materials
  • Ensure materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines
  • Coordinate scheduling of meetings, demos, and follow-ups
  • Respond to basic customer queries or route them to the appropriate team member
  • Assist in lead qualification and data entry
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth handover of leads

Requirements

  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and office software
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in SaaS, start-up, or professional services environments
  • Understanding of B2B & B2C sales processes

You will be responsible for producing blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and other marketing collateral that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

This is a hands-on role for someone with strong attention to detail, creativity, and a knack for producing high-quality marketing content. You will work directly with the leadership team and external agencies to help deliver the company’s marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Write blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing copy
  • Design graphics, visuals, and branded materials using Canva or similar tools
  • Ensure all content is polished, on-brand, and attention to detail is maintained
  • Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars across social media and digital channels
  • Collaborate with agencies and freelancers to support content creation and marketing initiatives
